Get Involved With CHEERS

What is the CHEERS Research Project ?

The CHEERS research program equips educators with the knowledge and skills in healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, and self-care strategies.

Learn Strategies for Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Sleep and Self-Care

The CHEERS research project is a 10-month healthy eating and active program. We offer educators a 12-week well-being professional development course and opportunities to connect virtually with other educators across Alberta.

Monthly meetings with a Health Promotion Leader provide you with resources and support to create healthy environments that are specific to your child care centre.
